Warranties and Return Policies

PJICC shall not replace any products as they fall under the category of products that have a relatively shorter shelf life. If in case you come across any product that has been damaged, or there are errors in your order, please contact us immediately and we shall ensure that your product gets replaced or we fix the issue for you as soon as possible. 

While we can’t replace your perishable products, we wish to inform you that we would replace your merchandise. The request to replace the order should be made within the first 30 days of your order. If you have placed your order for the merchandise on the website, please note that the same can be replaced only through the website. 

Transactions

All the transactions made on the PJICC website are done through secure and encrypted platforms. We do not withhold any kind of sensitive information. All your information goes through an encrypted platform and the same goes to our secure card processor. We use one of the most secure card processors and it follows all the industry standards and follows the PCI regulations. Nobody at the Paul John Indian Coffee Company would have any access to your card data or any other transactional details of your order.
