Arabica Peaberry is roasted to create mild strength. It is a delicate, smooth, and soft coffee that is full of flavors and highly aromatic. The coffee has a natural cherry vanilla flavor because of the manner in which it is dried, allowing for the bean to soak up the sugary fruity goodness before processing. Peaberry is the same family as the Arabica bean but is different due to a mutation that occurs in the bean.

Peaberry beans are ones where only one side of the bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of two. The taste of this bean differs from a normal bean because due to the change in shape there is a difference in the roasting process, giving this coffee different characteristics. Some believe that since the Peaberry is a single bean, it gets more nutrition compared to its double siblings. What was once discarded as an aberration, is now hailed for its unique flavor, painstakingly picked by hand and sorted, one bean at a time.

One of the biggest factors that give the ‘Indian Peaberry’ its taste is the location of the beans. The Arabica beans grown in lower altitudes very commonly have hints and notes of chocolate in the brew, giving the overall taste of the coffee a fun and rich taste and texture.
