What is pour-over coffee?
The pour-over coffee method is similar to the drip method. You drain the coffee grounds with water and collect the coffee through a filter. The pour-over method lets you control the entire process, from the temperature of the water to the speed at which the coffee percolates, the number of times it brews, and how much coffee you want to make out of it. Coffee enthusiasts prefer this method because it lets them control the taste and texture of their coffee.
