This coffee tastes best in the form of a cold brew, and there are a number of ways you can make it. You can use a French Press, or even a simple jar and strain, but the processes involved are the same. Grind your coffee beans to medium size, and add water. Stir it thoroughly before keeping your concoction in the fridge. Let it sit for about 12 hours to completely extract the flavor. The longer you let it sleep, the stronger the mix will be. Strain the mixture well and let it decanter for an hour or so for the sediments to settle and your concoction is ready. You can prepare your cold brew with a few cubes of ice, and milk if you enjoy that, or you can try something fun like condensed milk or honey sweetener. If you’re feeling fancy you can also brew the coffee by adding a few spices or fruits of your choice to give it a zing of added flavor.
